 Shipping Times

Most orders ship next business day. For same day service on Next Day Air and Second Day Air orders placed after 6:15 AM central time, it's best to call the store at 972-423-5220, especially during the spring and summer months.

Delivery times for UPS Ground range from 1-2 business days on shipments to Texas and some surrounding states to 5-6 business days to the northwestern and northeastern U.S. Deliveries to very remote areas may take an extra day or two.

UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. A Next Day Air order placed on, say, the Thursday evening before Labor Day will not ship until Friday and will not be delivered until Tuesday.

All email inquiries regarding your order, including status, return authorizations, and including additional parts should be made to orders@planopower.com. Emails about orders sent to other addresses may take longer to be read by the appropriate person.

Returns

Parts must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Returned items must be in resalable condition in orignal packaging and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not allow returns on opened electrical parts.
